**Makin' A Move LLC cannot be held responsible for any items prepacked by the customer. This includes but is not limited to dishes and glassware, electronics, figurines, and flat screen televisions unless caused by Makin' A Move's negligence or willful misconduct.

**Makin' A Move LLC cannot be held responsible for damaged furniture if we are only providing labor only loading services for your possessions if an adequate amount of furniture pads/blankets are not provided unless damaged was caused by Makin' A Move's negligence or willful misconduct. Securing ratchet straps must also be available for our insurance coverage to be activated. We cannot be held responsible for damaged furniture, box contents, or glass while utilizing our unloading only service if possessions were loaded into your rental vehicle by another moving company or customer unless caused by Makin' A Move's negligence or willful misconduct.

**Makin' A Move LLC per insurance regulations cannot remove flat screen televisions from walls, or disconnect electronics.

**Makin' A Move LLC cannot per insurance regulations move any item which contains gas, oil, or propane, paint, live plants, fertilizer, loaded firearms, ammunition, live animals. Light bulbs are also prohibited from being moved.
